Cancellation Policy

Please read our Reservation Terms carefully! We will be requiring a fee of PHP 500.00 to reserve your appointment. Please be advised of our no downpayment, no appointment policy. Walk ins are not allowed unless announced. Please note that rescheduling is only allowed once and must be done at least 24 hours before your appointment, and you may reschedule up to 15 days from your initial appointment, subject to availability. Please be advised that we may refuse rescheduling for late requests. Raw files will be given on the spot, but you need to bring your own flash drive or android phone. A fee of PHP 300.00 shall apply if you wish to have your raw files uploaded via GDrive. Due to a surge in demand for pictorials, turnover of edited files is within 3-5 days (Mondays and Tuesdays excluded) after you have submitted your chosen files via QR Form 2 hours after the shoot. Printed and framed photos will be released within 2-4 weeks (after edited files) via pickup or self-booked courier. Shipping fee shall be at the client’s expense.
