Service Inclusions: - ELEGANCE Premium Hair and Makeup for 1 Pax - Maximum of 5 family members, additional PHP 500.00/head (Children below 7 years are FREE) - Unlimited shots for 2 layouts/outfits (20 minutes each) - Free use of plain colored backdrops - Free digitally-enhanced files in JPEG format (color and lighting correction) - Free ten (10) professionally-enhanced 10 images, choose 1 for printing Printout inclusions: - 1 pc 8R photo in 12x14 Glass to Glass Frame - 1 pc 8x8 inches 100-Page premium photobook (paperback, perfect bind)
Cancellation Policy
If you have made a reservation and paid but did not receive a confirmation email, please message us directly on facebook.com/klikmediagroup or instagram.com/klikmediagroup. Be careful also of fake pages and scammers. We will only transact through our official pages and emails. Please note that rescheduling is only allowed once and must be done at least 24 hours before your appointment, and you may reschedule up to 15 days from your initial appointment, subject to availability. Please be advised that we may refuse rescheduling for late requests. Bookings are strictly non-refundable, but are transferable. For appointments scheduled on Wednesdays, please be advised that the studio is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Kindly reach us out and submit your requests via Facebook Messenger or Instagram for a more immediate response. For appointment no-show, the studio reserves the right to cancel booked appointments without refunds. Makeup artists' availability are subject to changes depending on their calendar. Thus, while you can select/request your preferred artist, they may or may not be available on your chosen schedule. In such instances, our communications team shall notify you about your preferred artist's availability.
