Cancellation Policy
If you have made a reservation and paid but did not receive a confirmation email, please message us directly on facebook.com/klikmediagroup or instagram.com/klikmediagroup. Be careful also of fake pages and scammers. We will only transact through our official pages and emails. Please note that rescheduling is only allowed once and must be done at least 24 hours before your appointment, and you may reschedule up to 15 days from your initial appointment, subject to availability. Please be advised that we may refuse rescheduling for late requests. We will send a separate email for reminders and to-bring list once your appointment is confirmed.  Thank you for choosing KLIK!
